Baked potatoes are a superb accompaniment to all meats and fish, a lovely addition to Sunday dinner.
Ingredients :
-3 small potatoes
-20 g of butter
-salt
Utensils:
-oven
-knife
- gratin dish
-cutting board
Preparation :
Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Wash the potatoes and cut them in half lengthwise.
Place them in the baking dish with a small piece of butter on each potato.
Bake them for 35-40 minutes. Don't forget to prick the potatoes with a knife to check if they are cooked. If they are tender, they are cooked.
