A traditional recipe made in a modern way, leek vinaigrette is a must-have in the kitchen and if this technique also avoids the strong smells of leek in the kitchen, why deprive yourself of it.

Ingredients :


-1 small leek

-1 tablespoon of vinegar

-1 tablespoon of olive oil

-A pinch of salt

-1 teaspoon of mustard

-water


Utensils:


-whip

-bowl

-microwave oven

-microwave safe dish

-knife

-cutting board


Preparation :


  1. Start by removing the green parts and roots from the leeks, then wash them thoroughly.

  2. Place them in a microwave-safe dish and cover with water. Cook for about 10 minutes at 800 watts, until tender when pierced with a knife.

  3. Meanwhile, in a bowl, mix the olive oil, vinegar, mustard and a pinch of salt to prepare the vinaigrette.
