Eggplant is a very interesting vegetable in the kitchen, it can be crispy and melting, this recipe will be easy to help children to taste it easily.


Ingredients :


-10 cl tomato coulis

-200g grated cheese

-a teaspoon of mustard

-1 eggplant


Utensils:


- gratin dish

-bowl

-oven

-knife

-cutting board

-spoon


Preparation :


  1. Preheat the oven to 200°C using fan-assisted heat.

  2. Cut the eggplants into 2 cm thick slices.

  3. Mix the tomato coulis with the mustard.

  4. Spread a tablespoon of the mixture on each slice and cover with cheese.

  5. Bake them in the oven for 20 minutes.
