Easy pancakes to make in a few minutes, lactose-free, gluten-free, and only 2 ingredients loved by children.
Ingredients :
-2 eggs
-1 banana
-10 g butter
Utensils:
-mixer
-stove
-suspicious
-spatula
Preparation :
Mix the banana without the skin with the eggs, which you will have broken.
Add butter to the pan and heat over medium to low heat.
Pour a ladle of liquid into the pan.
When the bubbles become small holes, turn the pancakes over with a spatula. Be careful, they are very fragile...
