-salt

-1 tablespoon of thick crème fraîche

- a small handful of grated cheese

-ramekin

-microwave

Preparation :



  1. Crack the egg into the ramekin.

  2. Add the crème fraîche and grated cheese, and salt.

  3. Place the ramekin in the microwave for 20 seconds.
