Soft green beans, wrapped in crispy raw ham, which will make a great complete dish placed on a bed of fragrant rice.
Ingredients :
-3 slices of raw ham
-150 g of fresh green beans, trimmed (or frozen)
Utensils:
-oven
-steamed
-knife
-cutting board
- gratin dish
Preparation :
Steam the beans for 10-12 minutes and let them cool.
Cut the slices of ham lengthwise in 2.
Divide the beans into 6 small equal bundles, and wrap a small bundle of green beans with one of the slices of ham.
Grill under the oven grill for 5-7 min.
