Amazing color and taste just like regular pancakes, this is a great way to eat spinach.

Ingredients :


-butter

-90g frozen spinach (or 100g fresh)

-1 egg

-200 ml of milk

-salt

-75g of flour


Utensils:


-stove

-knife

-mixer

-microwave

Preparation :




  1. Defrost the spinach (if you chose fresh spinach you don't need this step)

  2. Place the defrosted (or fresh) spinach in the blender with the milk and blend until the milk turns green.

  3. Add the flour, milk, salt and egg, then mix again.

  4. In the hot pan, put a little butter and pour a ladle of dough, when it starts to come off you can turn it over.
