To make bruschetta 3 months after the end of summer, this recipe allows you to preserve cherry tomatoes in oil.
Ingredients :
-80 cl of olive oil
-a bouquet garni.
-1 kg of cherry tomatoes
Utensils:
-hermetically sealed jars
-paper towel
Preparation :
Wash the tomatoes and dry them with paper towels. You can remove the stems.
In each jar, distribute the tomatoes, the bouquet garni and cover everything with olive oil up to 1 cm above.
