Cauliflower has a very mild taste when prepared with the right ingredients, plus it's a very quick recipe to prepare when you don't have time in the evening. It's a change from gratin with cream and cheese ... This recipe has been tested and approved by many children.
Don't hesitate to park the leaves to add them to a soup or a wok.



Ingredients :


-1 cauliflower

-2 teaspoons balsamic vinegar

-2 tablespoons peanut butter

-1 tablespoon of honey

-1 tablespoon of olive oil


Utensils:


-oven

-brush

-plate

-whip

-large bowl

-microwave oven

-cutting board

-knife


Preparation :


  1. Preheat the oven to 180°C using fan-assisted heat.

  2. Make a cross with a knife on the base of the cauliflower, this will allow the water to enter the base and cook it.

  3. Place the cauliflower on a plate with a little water and microwave for 10 minutes at full power.

  4. Mix salt, peanut butter, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, honey and mix.

  5. Bake for 20 min. once you have brushed the cauliflower with the sauce. You can place it on the baking sheet (with baking paper or not) or put it in a gratin dish
