This famous whipped cream is said to have been invented in the 17th century. It is a staple of French cuisine and is worth learning early.
Ingredients :
-30 g of icing sugar
-a sachet of vanilla sugar
-25 cl of liquid cream (whipping cream)
Utensils:
-freezer
-electric mixer
-bowl
Preparation :
Place the cream and the bowl in the freezer for 20 minutes.
Pour the cream into the bowl and add the other ingredients.
Whip the cream with an electric mixer until it resembles whipped cream.
