About

I spent the first 22 years of my life eating ham and pasta or the like. When I was 16, my mom took me on a big trip to Thailand and I ate nothing but club sandwiches. I was lucky enough to discover food neophobia (fear of new foods) during my dietetic studies and establish a program. If I liked lemon in lemonade, why not try it in a dessert recipe, then with chicken... I've gone through a lot of ingredients in the kitchen. And today, it's time for me to share it with the kids.

AFRICAN PROVERB

"After spending 6 months in Asia and 15 years in London in a French investment bank, here I am back in France with a husband and 4 children.
Settled in Oise since our return, Maude, whom I met in London, contacted me to help her launch her project, which she had been talking to me about for a long time.
During my last maternity leave, we were together in charge of a neighborhood association so that young French mothers could meet and exchange all their good tips (parks, cooking recipes, good kid-friendly addresses, etc.).
As a child, I would spend hours in our family home in Provence watching my grandfather develop new recipes to delight the whole family. My biggest regret is not having written down all his little secrets
