For 10 centuries, the Gally farm has stood there, between the Marly forest and the hills of Saint-Cyr-l'École, on land first cleared and then patiently cultivated by a small human community, first monks, as is often the case everywhere, then ploughmen, market gardeners, gardeners; all committed, by destiny - then by choice, to the task of feeding, as much as necessary and as necessary, the surrounding population.

La ferme de Gally has become les Fermes de Gally. By taking this plural, Les Fermes de Gally have become a brand. This brand signifies the activities of always: agriculture, breeding, picking. Rapeseed oil, honey, apples and strawberries, apple juice and soups, are the emblematic productions of Fermes de Gally. But, from their trades, the Farms also produce social links: self-service picking, Café de Gally, open farms, beehives in the city, urban agriculture, the greening of businesses.
